Will My Helium Balloon Arrive Inflated?
We can deliver your helium balloon inflated or deflated, it’s up to you. If you’re giving the balloon to the recipient straight away, we suggest choosing the ‘Inflated’ delivery option.
If you’re ordering your balloon in advance, we suggest choosing the ‘Deflated’ delivery option. Your balloon will arrive in a sealed packet so that you can choose when to inflate it, and it’s free of charge to have your foil helium balloon inflated in-store.
Free Foil Helium Balloon Inflation In-Store

If you've bought a foil helium balloon online and you'd like us to inflate it for you, please ring your chosen store first to ensure they can do this (see our store locator for store addresses and telephone numbers). Then, take your balloon, along with your order confirmation email, into a store and we’ll inflate it for you free of charge.

Trafford Centre: Due to building restrictions we cannot provide a balloon inflation service at this Card Factory location. Nearby stores in Eccles, Urmston and Stretford do offer the service.
Please remember to take your order confirmation email as you’ll need to show this to a member of our team as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we can't offer free helium balloon inflation in-store if you don't have your confirmation email with you.

Please Note:
This balloon may conduct electricity. Do not release the balloon outdoors or near overhead power lines. Do not use a metallic ribbon with the balloon. Use with counterweights. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.
We recommend that you do not choose the RM48 delivery method when ordering your balloons. The longer it takes for your balloons to arrive, the less likely they will be in the best condition.
