We're really sorry but we can't send your helium balloon inflated as it would be too large to post. This means that your balloon will arrive deflated and in a sealed packet, so you can choose when to add the helium.

If you've bought a foil helium balloon online and you'd like us to inflate it, simply take your delivery note and balloon to your nearest Card Factory store and we'll inflate it for you, free of charge.
Trafford Centre: Due to building restrictions we cannot provide a balloon inflation service at this Card Factory location. Nearby stores in Eccles, Urmston and Stretford do offer the service.
Please remember to take your delivery note as you'll need to show this to a member of our team as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we can't offer free helium balloon inflation in-store if you don't have your delivery note with you.
Please note: This balloon may conduct electricity. Do not release the balloon outdoors or near overhead power lines. Do not use a metallic ribbon with the balloon. Use with counterweights. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.
