Product Description

Whether you're celebrating a birthday or another special occasion, complete your party decorations with our pink foil letter balloon. You can use it with other letter balloons to spell out a message of your choosing by threading string or ribbon through the hanging tabs.

To use the balloon, blow it up with air using the straw that comes with it and press the seal closed.
