We can deliver your helium balloon inflated or uninflated, it’s up to you.
Free Foil Helium Balloon Inflation In-Store

If you've bought a foil helium balloon online and you'd like us to inflate it for you, please ring your chosen store first to ensure they can do this. Then, take your balloon – along with your order confirmation email – into store and we’ll inflate it for you free of charge.

If you a require a balloon weight, we charge a small fee of £1.29.

Please note:
This balloon may conduct electricity. Do not release the balloon outdoors or near overhead power lines. Do not use a metallic ribbon with the balloon. Use with counterweights. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.

Delivery Information:

All inflated balloons that you order from our website will be sent separately to any other items included in your order. Please don’t worry if your balloon does not arrive with the rest of your products - it’ll still be on its way to you!

We recommend that you do not choose the RM48 delivery method when ordering your balloons. The longer it takes for your balloons to arrive, the less likely they will be in the best condition.

In-store helium inflation for non-mainland customers:

Please be aware that in Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar and the Isle of Man, there will be a small charge applicable for the inflation of your helium balloons.

          If your item is faulty, we may ask you to send us a photo of the damage. We can only accept returns of personalised gifts if they are faulty.
            Our stores are unable to accept returns of items that are bought from our website.
              Within 30 days of purchase we are happy to provide you with a refund for faulty products.
