If you are having issues with your order or the delivery driver then please contact Just Eat via the app. Our Customer Services team will not be able to help you with these requests.
We are currently trialling this in a select number of stores across the UK, we apologise if your local store is not quite ready yet. We will be adding more stores as we go so keep checking back to see if your local store is available.
We aim to get all orders to your door in under an hour from purchase. You can track your order in the Just Eat app to see when its expected to arrive.

What do I need to do?
Step 1: Download the app
Download the Just Eat app from the App Store or Google Play, and search for cardfactory. If you don’t have an account, you'll need to create one.
Step 2: Find your local cardfactory
Simply enter your address to find your nearest cardfactory store, or use the search bar to look for cardfactory.
Step 3: Shop your celebration
Fill up your virtual basket and explore our available selection! Once you're satisfied with your items, tap ‘Go to checkout’, enter your address, and complete your payment!
Step 4: Delivered right to your door
A local driver will then deliver your order right to your door, so you can start your celebration!
