Make their birthday super colourful with our pack of six confetti balloons. The clear balloons come with a coloured Happy Birthday" message and can be filled with the multicoloured confetti provided to create eye-catching party decorations.

The high-quality balloons are suitable for both air or helium, so you can create different effects.

Instructions:
Stretch balloons before inflating. Use the funnel included to slide the desired amount of confetti into each balloon, You may need to use the eraser end of a pencil to help push the confetti through the funnel. Use a balloon pump to inflate the balloons.
Can you inflate my latex confetti balloons?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your confetti balloons inflated. These balloons can be inflated with air at home using a balloon pump, or by using a helium tank which can be purchased either online or in-store.
We are unable to inflate these balloons in-store as they are exclusive to our website.
These balloons will only float if filled with helium.
Please Note:
This balloon is not suitable for children under 36 months, children under eight years old can choke or suffocate on deflated or broken balloons. Keep balloons at a safe distance from your eyes. Always use a balloon pump for inflation.
