Getting Personal Changes
We’ve been working on how we can best offer our customers access to a range of great value personalised gifts. So from the end of January, the Getting Personal website will no longer operate, but you can find lots of your favourite Getting Personal products here at cardfactory.co.uk, as well as hundreds of great value cards, gifts and celebration essentials to help you celebrate all life’s moments.
You are no longer able to place new orders on the Getting Personal website. We do offer a large selection of personalised gifts here at cardfactory.
Yes! All orders placed will be processed in the usual way. If for some reason we are unable to process your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services team.

Our usual terms and conditions will apply, which means you’ll have 14 days from receipt of your order to return and/or request a refund. Please note that personalised products can only be returned if damaged or faulty or if they do not match the description on the website.
To maintain your data privacy we will not be moving your account across to cardfactory. You can create a new account at cardfactory.co.uk. Contact the customer service team within the next three months. They will exchange your voucher code like for like to use on the cardfactory.co.uk website.
