**Orders for Next Day & Saturday Delivery will need to be placed before the cut-off. Please note: Inflated balloons ordered after 2pm Thursday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Our Next Day Delivery service does not deliver over the weekend or Bank Holidays, so if you order this service on a Friday, your items will be delivered on the next available working day.
**Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday with Next Working Delivery option are collected on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday.
If you order using Saturday service after the cut off on a Thursday, your order will be delivered the following Saturday.

Returns
We understand that sometimes you might not be completely happy with your order. If this is the case, you are able to return your order at your own cost.
Upon receipt of your order, where applicable, we will issue a full refund for your items and shipping.
We cannot provide a refund or exchange for perishable goods, this includes helium balloons, chocolate and personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.
If you have received a faulty item, please Contact Us directly with an image and our Customer Service Team will look into this further.

International Delivery
Sorry, but we are unable to deliver items to any address outside of the UK, unless you are sending a personalised card.
Please do not attempt to have anything other than a personalised card delivered to a non-UK address - this includes ROI - as we will be unable to process your order.
