To keep balloon properly inflated, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. In cold air, the balloon will deflate slightly; exposure to warm air will restore proper inflation. Excessive heat could cause the balloon to burst.

All inflated balloons that you order from our website will be sent separately to any other items included in your order. Please don’t worry if your balloon does not arrive with the rest of your products - it’ll still be on its way to you!

We recommend that you do not choose the RM48 delivery method when ordering your balloons. The longer it takes for your balloons to arrive, the less likely they will be in the best condition.

Please be aware that in Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar and the Isle of Man, there will be a small charge applicable for the inflation of your helium balloons.
